What Doctordle is
Doctordle turns clinical reasoning into a daily guessing game: you study a short patient case and name the diagnosis behind it. Cases are labeled real world and appear by permission of the New England Journal of Medicine, and the page stresses that the game is meant as entertainment, not as medical advice.
How a round works
Under the heading What's the Diagnosis, the case opens with a single sentence about the patient and what brought them in. Enter a diagnosis and press Submit. A line below the case explains that its diagnosis summary was produced with AI from openly published medical literature. On a first visit the site may ask you to accept essential cookies, used to save progress and stop cheating, then suggest a free account that carries your streak and stats to other devices. Choosing Maybe Later closes that prompt and leaves the case open to play. Stats, Archives and a Meet the Team page are linked at the top.
Good if you like…
- DSMdle: Another diagnose-the-patient puzzle, limited to diagnoses from the DSM-5; its cases are fictional, and every miss within six guesses brings out one more clinical detail.
- Radiordle: Keeps the goal of naming a diagnosis, but the evidence is a CT or similar scan you scroll through slice by slice instead of a written case, with five guesses.
- Disordle: Also a diagnosis hunt, built from a patient's age, sex and one key finding; each disorder you try is compared with the answer to show which signs and symptoms they share.
