Games like Disorderly

Updated

Each Disorderly puzzle is a group of items plus one measure, and you rank them on that measure, with fewer attempts counting for more. The November 4, 2026 puzzle, for example, had you sort six kinds of people, from judges and teachers to social media influencers, by how many people worldwide see them as trustworthy, based on an Ipsos survey. Sources appear after you solve. New puzzles arrive on weekdays at around midnight Eastern, with an archive of more than 300 past games, and the satisfaction lies in a hunch about the order proving right.

Rank It leads, then drag-to-order games that work much like Disorderly, with a stated measure and a few submissions, on lists of five or six items. Further down come timed and scored variations, a game that builds a list one country at a time, and two puzzles where the measure itself is hidden and has to be worked out.

Sortem

European countries by area is a typical Sortem list: you arrange the items, every position is rated correct, close or far, while solving within three tries earns stars, so near misses still teach you something.

Questions

When does a new Disorderly puzzle come out?

New games go up on weekdays at, or shortly after, midnight Eastern time, so there is no fresh daily on weekends. The creator also posts occasional extra games that are too hard or too niche for the daily slot, and those live in the archive alongside more than 300 earlier puzzles.

Where do Disorderly's answers come from?

Many questions list their sources, which appear after you solve the puzzle through a Sources button below the options. For widely known, uncontroversial facts, such as famous people's birthdays, sources are usually left out. The November 4, 2026 puzzle, for instance, drew on Ipsos's trustworthiness index for 2026.

Who makes Disorderly?

It is made by Weston, a developer based in Austin, Texas, who writes software and enjoys trivia. Players can suggest questions or report mistakes by email or through the game's social accounts, and the site takes support through Ko-fi. There is also a Discord server and an RSS feed.
