What Summit Game is
Summit Game hands you a tray of letter tiles and a pyramid of empty squares, and every tile has to end up in one of five words that interlock across the board. No clues explain what the words are: five green letters, already confirmed and spread around the pyramid, are your only footholds, and each tile is used exactly once.
How a round works
A clock starts as soon as the puzzle opens. Move tiles from the tray into empty squares, using the green letters to work out where words cross, and press Undo to take back a move. A word that is right locks in place and stays there. When nothing fits, Reveal fills any unfinished square you pick with its correct letter, but adds a minute to your time, and a counter shows how many reveals you have spent. Stats kept on the device track first solves, streaks, fastest and average times and reveal-free finishes, and the archive opens every puzzle back to No. 1 from July 24, 2026.
Good if you like…
- Cyphr: Also stacks its words into a pyramid, seven encrypted ones, but you decode them by guessing letters from one shared pool rather than placing tiles from a tray.
- Word Waffle: Another board of crossing words built from given letters: six words on a waffle-shaped grid, three each way, solved by swapping jumbled tiles inside 15 moves.
- CrossEights: Fills a grid of interlocking words as well, eight of them at eight letters each, four horizontal and four vertical, with a speed bonus and hints rather than a time penalty.
- Crosswire: Rebuilds four words from sixteen scrambled letters by swapping tiles, steered by green and amber hints, a tighter take on placing every tile you are given.
